Now that our brand-new storage facility in Bentonville has been open a few months, we thought you might find it helpful to learn what new customers have been asking us the most. By sharing our answers, we hope to spread some insightful knowledge about what it’s really like to rent a storage unit here.

I see you have units upstairs in the tower. Do you have to take an elevator to access your storage units?

Fun fact: The red doors you see in our tower are not real. They are just decorative! In fact, our on-site manager lives inside the tower, which provides additional security for our customers after hours.

You will be happy to hear all storage units at Modern Storage® Bentonville are on the ground floor, so there is no need for any elevators.

What are the access hours for my storage unit? When is the office open?

Modern Storage® customers can access their unit from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm every day including holidays. 24-hour access is also an option that can be added to your rental agreement for just $10 a month.

If you need assistance from our staff, the front office is open 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday, and 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Sunday.

What are your rental fees? Do I have to make a long-term commitment?

At Modern Storage® Bentonville, there are no admin fees, taxes, or deposits charged when you rent a storage unit with us. Plus, your rental agreement is 100% month-to-month with no long-term commitment required.

Is there a fee to use the conference room? When is it available?

Our beautiful conference room is free to reserve for all customers! You can utilize the space anytime our office is open if you make a reservation in advance with our staff.

You can display anything you like on our 85-inch Apple TV, use our free Wi-Fi, and drink complimentary Starbucks coffee as well.

Can I use my own lock, or do I purchase a lock from the office?

At Modern Storage® Bentonville, our storage units are designed to be used with unique cylinder locks that are the most secure option in the industry today.

We require you to purchase one of these locks from us and we offer very affordable prices. You can ask the manager about specials, too!

Do you offer a truck I can use to move my furniture into the storage unit?

Yes! New storage customers can use our moving truck, complete with a dolly and furniture pads, for FREE. Upon renting a unit, you can make a reservation for up 4 hours at 40 free miles!
