Here are ways our team is taking extra precautions to ensure you and your items stay clean and safe in the face of this pandemic.
Your health and safety, as well as the health and safety of our employees, is our top priority and chief concern. We have been constantly monitoring news surrounding COVID-19 and abiding by the safety precautions recommended by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
For this reason, we decided to close our offices to the public while keeping our facilities open during normal access hours for customer convenience.
In order to keep all our storage facilities clean and disinfected, we implemented this schedule across all our properties:
Despite our offices being closed, our employees are still working during normal business hours to assist customers virtually and keep our facilities clean. When they leave the office to clean the property, all our employees are required to wear protective gloves to prevent the spread of any germs.
Did you know every Modern Storage® facility is completely gated, including access-controlled keypad entries and exits? Each tenant is granted access only through entering their unique gate code, which keeps everyone’s storage units safe from non-customers.
Every Modern Storage ® location also has 24-hour surveillance cameras and a manager living on-site. We monitor our facilities daily across dozens of cameras and conduct lock checks multiple times a week.
While our offices are closed, all operations continue! We can take your calls, emails, and texts during normal businesses hours seven days a week.
