Is your facility secure?
Absolutely! Our fenced and gated storage facilities are all equipped with 24-hour surveillance cameras to keep your storage unit or vehicle constantly monitored. All customers also have a unique code to be used at our controlled-access entrance and exit gates.
Our Modern Storage® Bentonville location even offers a secure mobile app you can use to access the gates!
Do you sell boxes and supplies?
Yes! Boxes, bubble wrap, locks, and other moving supplies are available for purchase from our office at each facility.
Do you provide vehicle storage options?
Our uncovered and covered parking options are an economical way to store your vehicle. We also have RV and boat storage options available. Please contact us for more details to see if the storage option you prefer is offered at a location near you.
Do you offer climate-controlled storage units?
We do. Our temperature-controlled units keep your belongings warmer during winter and cooler during summer. This helps to ensure your items stay protected from the Arkansas humidity, no matter the time of year.
Do you offer amenities for commercial customers?
The business center and conference room are ideal amenities for business customers at our facilities in West Little Rock and Bentonville. We even have a complimentary Starbucks coffee bar!
What's the best way to pay my bills?
We recommend our online bill payment system. It's both convenient and easy. You can set up an automatic draft so you never miss a payment!
