Self-storage is super expensive.

If you’ve ever seen or been to our West Little Rock location, you may be shocked to discover that nicer doesn’t always mean more expensive.

Yes, we have the marble floors, a modern business center, free Starbucks coffee, and more amazing, luxurious amenities.

But, contrary to belief, our self-storage facilities have very similar rates to those of other self-storage facilities nearby. The difference is maybe a few dollars here and there.

In fact, our smallest storage unit size is a climate-controlled, 4x4 locker and it starts at just $45 a month. At Modern Storage Maumelle Boulevard, we even have 10x10 storage units starting at just $80 a month.

That’s a lot of space!

Not only that, but unlike many self-storage facilities in Little Rock, we offer new customers a free move-in truck. This move-in truck is a standard, 14-foot box truck equipped with ramps and dollies for your ease and convenience.

See, we actually try to save you money.

Climate-controlled units are the only way to go.

Usually, climate-controlled storage units are more expensive than regular outdoor storage units. That’s why some other self-storage facilities may try to sell you hard on renting one even if you don’t ask for it.

Not at Modern Storage.

In our opinion, a climate-controlled storage unit is only needed if you are storing important items for long periods of time. Fragile items like electronics, furniture, artwork, clothing, etc. can be warped or damaged by changing temperatures across seasons, so they deserve a climate-controlled storage environment.

But, if you only need to store a few things for a couple months, don’t sweat it!

We have outdoor storage units as small as a 5x5 and as large as a 15x25. Put a lock on the door, and your items will be safe.

I’m going to get stuck in a long lease.

One of the many reasons why most people decide to rent a storage unit is that they need a temporary storage solution. You’re moving, remodeling, downsizing, decluttering…whatever the reason. You need a storage unit when you need it, and then you don’t.

Here at Modern Storage, we will never lock you into a long-term lease. Why would we do that, knowing you need our services temporarily? WE are here to serve YOU!

That’s why we only offer month-to-month leases for all our storage units. You are not required to stay for any length of time.

Our rental agreement states that your rent resets on the first day of every month, and that you can leave at any time. When you are ready to move out, all we ask is that you give us a 10-day notice and remove your lock and belongings before the first day of the next month.
