Between our three locations in the Little Rock metro area, we offer non-climate, climate-control, and vehicle storage units.

Non-Climate Summer Storage Units

Our non-climate-controlled storage units are the most affordable option for short-term storage. However, you need to be careful and only select this option if you’re storing stuff that will not be affected by the Arkansas heat and humidity.

For example, boxes of books, household items, etc. should be fine. But, electronics, artwork, and other valuables would not be a good fit.

Right now, we have summer storage units starting at $45 a month for a 5x5.

Climate-Controlled Summer Storage Units

To keep important valuables such as TVs, computers, appliances, and gaming systems safe over the summer, we highly recommend renting a climate-controlled storage unit. Then, you can go on vacation without worrying about your stuff melting!

If you’re going out of town for the summer, or just the weekend, you don’t want to leave your vehicle parked just anywhere. You can keep them secure in our parking spaces or in a fully-enclosed vehicle storage unit.

From two-wheelers to six-wheelers, here are vehicles you can store safely over the summer at Modern Storage:

All our storage facilities have 24-hour surveillances cameras and controlled-access security gates. Every customer has their own unique gate code, so we know who is entering the facility day and night.

Open parking spaces currently start at $60 a month for a 12x25 spot. Or, you can choose an enclosed vehicle storage unit as large as a 12x30 for $245 a month.

You also have the option to add 24-hour access to your summer storage unit or parking space at Modern Storage. For just $10 a month, you can have the freedom to pick up and drop off your stuff after 10:00 pm and before 6:00 am.

Plus, we have all the moving supplies you need to prepare to store your items for the summer. We sell boxes, tape, mattress covers, bubble wrap, and locks in our office.
