I have utilized many storage units in the past since growing up in the military and then my adult life having been somewhat of a nomad and moving around a lot, I have had need for many storage units. However, this is my first time visiting a storage facility that offers the comprehensive services offered here. The customer service was impressive. I appreciated time the manager/owner took to take me to a block of units to help me visualize the size I would need based on what I intended to store in my unit. That was incredibly helpful, and you’d be amazed that the size you think you need is not the size you may actually need. He had experience and knowledge to help me make the correct decision and patience to work it out with me since I wasn’t sure. I work in an industry that requires long hours, and the extended working hours at this facility are very convenient for busy individuals like me. They also provide some discounts/perks depending on the terms and length of rental. As if I wasn’t impressed enough by their professionalism and rates, I couldn’t help but notice them quietly emphasizing their commitment to the customer’s safety by the enormous flatscreen displays of the entire facility for security’s sake taking up nearly the entire front entrance wall from practically floor to ceiling and the handcarts for the customer’s use free of charge located in various cubby holes all over the facility. My unit is spotless; temperature controlled and has convenient access. I would highly recommend storing your belongings here not only for the value for your dollar and cleanliness of the facility, but for the safety precautions taken on your behalf.
