Effective Date: 3/17/2017 Modern Storage® offers our customers the ability to receive SMS communications regarding their storage rental account, including account updates, facility notifications, billing reminders, gate access information, and appointment confirmations. By providing your mobile number during the rental process and/or submitting a reservation or inquiry through our website, you consent to receive SMS messages from Modern Storage® related to your storage services.
You opt in to receive SMS messages when:
  • Signing a rental agreement electronically or in person that includes SMS consent language, and/or
  • Submitting an online reservation form, contact form, or request for information where SMS consent is disclosed.
By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

Messages you may receive include:
Account-related notifications (e.g., billing reminders, payment confirmations)
Facility alerts (e.g., weather closures, maintenance notices)
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Gate access codes or entry instructions
Message frequency varies based on your account activity.

Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent by Modern Storage®. Please check with your wireless provider for any applicable charges.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send STOP, you will no longer receive SMS communications from Modern Storage® unless you re-subscribe by replying START or submitting a new rental agreement.
