Fonts on this site are served from our own domain rather than fetched from Google Fonts at page load, so no font request is made to a third party. Maps use OpenStreetMap and CARTO rather than an embedded Google Map.
03Advertising and remarketing
The advertising pixels above let us measure which campaigns lead to enquiries and reservations, and let those platforms show Modern Storage® advertising to people who have visited the site.
We do not sell personal information. Some state privacy laws treat advertising activity of this kind as "sharing" or as "targeted advertising", which may give you the right to opt out. See the Privacy Policy.
04Consent
Attorney review required
Counsel to determine whether a consent banner or an opt-out control is required for this site’s audience, and if so which model — notice-only, opt-out, or prior consent — and whether a "Your Privacy Choices" link must appear in the footer. This draft ships no banner. If one is required, the footer already has a slot ready for a cookie-settings link.
This website does not currently show a cookie consent banner. Whether one is required, and what it must offer, is being reviewed.
05How to limit tracking
You can limit or block these technologies yourself:
- Browser settings: every major browser can block or delete cookies, including third-party cookies. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site.
- Global Privacy Control: browsers and extensions supporting GPC send an automated opt-out signal.
- Advertising platform settings: the advertising platforms above each offer their own ad-personalisation controls in your account settings on those services.
- Tracking protection: private browsing modes and tracking-protection features in most browsers limit cross-site identifiers.
- Do Not Track: this website does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals, as there is no common standard for how sites should handle them.
Blocking analytics or advertising technologies does not stop you from using the site, reserving a unit, or applying for a job.
