If you’ve driven down Cantrell lately, you may have noticed something new rising on the corner.
Modern Storage® is officially opening our newest Little Rock facility in Riverdale on December 8, and this one raises the bar again.
A Bigger, Smarter Storage Experience
Our new location at 2510 Cantrell Road packs in 130,000 square feet of fully climate-controlled storage across 1,000 units. That’s a major addition to the Modern Storage® footprint, pushing us well past 1.5 million square feet and more than 10,000 units statewide. But size is only half the story. This site is designed for the way people actually use storage today. You’ll find:

- A private conference room that gives small businesses and entrepreneurs a quiet, professional space
