How to Use Our Referral Bonus

It’s super easy to refer someone to Modern Storage ®. Here’s how it works:

  1. Stop by any Modern Storage® location and pick up a referral card or brochure. You can even take a few extras to refer more people!
  2. Fill out the referral card and present the completed card at move-in for the new tenant.
  3. Once we have the referral card and the new tenant’s lease is signed, you will receive a $25 check and your referral will receive $25 off their first month’s rent!

What’s incredible about our referral bonus is that anyone can participate, and you can refer as many people as you like!
