First things first, our biggest money saving tip is to just move in when you want. If you lease a storage unit at Modern Storage, we always prorate your move-in!This means you don’t pay your full rent amount unless you move in on the first day of your first month with us. For example, if your move-in day isn’t until the 15th of the month, you only pay the rate for the last half of that month.Plus, you can reserve ahead of time! If you reserve a storage unit on the 5th, you don’t pay until you actually move-in. No deposits, no reservation fees. You save money and get the right storage unit for you.

  1. Move In Over the Phone—You don’t have to drive to the closest Modern Storage location to reserve your unit. We can always reserve your unit and move you in over the phone! If you have any questions or need immediate assistance, we have an incredible staff at every facility waiting to assist you Monday through Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Our West Little Rock location is even open on Sundays from 1:00-6:00 pm.
  2. Move In Online—Would you rather do everything online without having to talk to anybody? You can reserve your unit and move in today right now, right here on our website. Select a self-storage facility near you, find the unit size you need, and tap “Move In” to get started.
  3. Move In with Our Free Truck—You don’t need to rent a truck to get all your stuff into your unit. You can reserve our 15-foot box truck for free! On units 5x10 or larger, we offer new customers a free truck to use on your move-in day. All you need to reserve it is a valid driver’s license and proof of full insurance coverage to insure the safety of our truck.
Fun fact: Our West Little Rock self-storage location even has a 24-hour move-in kiosk you can use to rent a unit on-site after our office closes.
