STUDENTS GET ONE MONTH FREE THIS SPRING
Due to the growing concerns surrounding the coronavirus pandemic, many Central Arkansas colleges and universities have had to close their doors early this semester. To offer some assistance, all Modern Storage locations are giving a free month of storage to students needing to move off-campus.
This limited-time special applies to any storage unit 5x10 or smaller. Students can also use our free moving trucks to move into a 5x10 storage unit or larger. Students only need to pay a prorated amount of rent for March at move-in get all of April free of charge.
We have detailed the options and availability at each of our locations below.
Maumelle Storage
Our Maumelle storage facility at 9100 Maumelle Boulevard is located just off the I-430 exit for Maumelle Boulevard.Here are the storage units available with this special:
- 5x5 Storage Unit (usually $45 per month)
- 5x10 Storage Unit (usually $60 per month)

Little Rock Storage
Our Little Rock storage facility at 8500 Cunningham Lake Road is located behind the Kroger on West Markham Street.
We have a few 5x10 storage units available, usually priced at $49 per month.

West Little Rock Storage
Our West Little Rock storage facility at 601 Autumn Road is located behind the Barnes & Noble and Trader Joe’s on Chenal Parkway.
Here are the storage units available with this special:
- 4x4 Storage Locker (usually $42-45 per month)
- 5x5 Storage Unit (usually $55-$72.50 per month)
- 5x10 Storage Unit (usually $75-99 per month)
Each of these options come in both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled.

To get April rent-free and reserve the free moving truck, you must present a valid student ID.
*Each Modern Storage location has one free moving truck available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The truck must be reserved ahead of time. If the truck is in use by one student, we will not be able to provide another truck to another student during the same time at the same location.*
