HAVE YOU SEEN THE MODERN STORAGE WORLD RENOVATIONS?

Modern Storage World on Cunningham Lake Road in Little Rock has made some exciting improvements. The most obvious change being our big, bright new signs and our brand-new, marbled-floor office.Now, when you come in, our office is spacious, there is a luxurious waiting area, and we have staff available to help you move in, pay your bill, or move out throughout the work week. Our newly-extended office hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.But, that’s not all you will find different. Here are five exciting changes we made to better serve every Modern Storage World customer.

#1: New Surveillance Cameras

Your security and safety are our highest priorities as a self-storage facility. We want you to feel 100% confident in storing your precious belongings with us. To live up to these priorities, we added high-quality surveillance cameras covering wide angles across our property. We see who comes and goes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

#2: New Access Gates

Our new set of entry and exit gates are seamless and hassle-free for your convenience. We also make a change for tenant gate access codes: There is no longer a star in front of your access code. Just enter the pound sign at the end of your number to enter the gate.

#3: New Lighting

Modern Storage World is now much brighter thanks to new lighting we installed around the facility. We know how dark it can get in certain areas, especially for our customers that have exterior storage units. So, we added new lights for all you late night/early morning visitors that need some extra help seeing into your storage unit.

#4: New Merchandise

Modern Storage World now has its very own storage supply shop! We now keep in stock everything you might forget or run out of during your move: boxes, locks, packing tape, mattress covers of every size, and even more. Make sure to stop by and grab a complimentary bottle of water while you shop around for anything you might need for your move to Modern Storage.

#3: New Moving Carts

No more hiking up a ramp with belongings falling out of your arms! To help you haul your belongings to your storage unit, we placed bright-red moving carts for you at every building entrance. Now, if you utilize our free truck to move-in, you can go right from the truck to your unit seamlessly. It makes moving a breeze.Think these renovations sound too good to be true?
