Here at Modern Storage, we strive to provide excellent customer service and other amenities to ensure a hassle-free storage experience. With everything from a free moving truck to a conference room, we have you covered. Please stop in or give us a call to store in style!

Staff and Security-

Unlike many other storage facilities, Modern Storage has onsite offices with staff present daily. If you ever have a question or need assistance, stop during staff hours, and a team member will be happy to assist you. Having staff present means, we are always looking after the property and your items. We pride ourselves on having cameras that cover all angles of the property and commencing regular walkthroughs of the property. All our facilities are enclosed with fences and separate entry and exit gates, and each tenant makes their own unique gate access code!

Communication-

Not only can you communicate with us via in-person and phone calls, but we also offer text and email communication. We understand that sometimes it is too busy to make the trip to us or even pick up the phone and give us a call. So, if you have a quick question, feel free to reach out to us by text and/or email.

The Modern Storage website provides many valuable tools for starting your rental process. Our website updates all our store’s availability in real-time to provide a streamlined sign-up process that works for your schedule. Not only can you sign up online, but once you have a unit with us, you can pay your bill and access your account all on our website!

Free Truck and Moving Supplies-

We keep plenty of essential supplies in stock at each location, so stop into the office for any last-minute packing supplies! We have you covered everything from bubble wrap and mattress covers to boxes and tape. In addition to our supplies, we also offer a free truck rental to help move in your items! Our trucks are big enough to move your big furniture while small enough to maneuver around neighborhoods easily.

Amenities-

Need to print out a shipping label? We have you covered with computers and printers in each of our business centers. In addition to the business center, each location offers a rentable conference room for our tenants! While in the office, don’t forget to go to the coffee bar to get a fresh cup of coffee and a cookie before you leave!
