STORAGE WITH A FREE TRUCK? YES, WE DO THAT!

Here at Modern Storage, we believe in making the moving process easy and affordable. To do this, we offer some free services to any customer that chooses to store with us.

Free Moving Truck

At each Modern Storage location, we offer a FREE truck to use with the reservation of a new storage unit! We know how expensive it can be to rent a truck to move all your valuable items. So, you can use our moving trucks within the first 30 days of your reservation to move your items into the storage unit of your choice.There are some limits on our free moving truck, however. First, you can use the truck free for up to four hours and 40 miles. Needing the truck for a full day or beyond forty miles? No big deal! If you need to go over 40 miles, we only charge .60 cents a mile. For a full day, your rental cost would only be $30. Go ahead and compare these costs to other truck rental options – it is cheaper than anything else you will find on the market!To give you an idea of how much you can fit in our free trucks, they come in at 15 feet long and include a ramp. You will not have to lift your items into the truck. We also have dollies and furniture pads that can be used with the free truck to help with moving into your storage unit.Moving truck rentals can cost hundreds of dollars in rental and mileage charges, let alone the cost of the insurance. But we at Modern Storage offer this free truck to any new customer using their own insurance. If you would like to use the free truck, all you need is a valid ID and insurance along with a storage unit purchased in the last 30 days.

Free Security Features

All our storage facilities in the Little Rock metro area are fully surrounded by fencing, making them only accessible via security gates. To enter the lot, every storage customer is given a unique code only they can use at the security gate’s keypad. We always know who is coming and going by which code is being used.We also have 24-hour surveillance at each self-storage location. If any incidents occur on site, we can review our footage for you, no problem.An added free security feature at our West Little Rock location off Chenal Parkway, each storage unit also comes with a complimentary individual door alarm. You can synch your alarm system to an app on your phone to receive immediate notifications whenever it is tripped. We also keep track of all door alarms, as well. So, we have your back 24 hours a day at no extra cost.

Free Storage Amenities

Have you ever heard of a self-storage facility that offered free coffee, water, conference room, or business center? Well, now you have! The West Little Rock location of Modern Storage has all these free storage amenities that customers can utilize anytime our offices are open. If you’re moving on a hot day, grab some water! If you’re shivering while moving into your unit on a winter day, enjoy complimentary Starbucks coffee or tea.That conference center and business center we mentioned are also open for you to use. To reserve the conference room for a meeting or another gathering, just speak to a member of our staff.Overall, our goal in providing these free storage services is giving our customers a storage experience unlike anything else in Little Rock.
