Our state-of-the-art Starbucks coffee machine has many choices to choose from—such as iced coffee, lattes, hot coffee, and hot chocolate—to help you get a jump start on your day.

In addition to the Starbucks machine, we also have a mini Otis Spunkmeyer oven we use to bake cookies so you have a nice snack available to you, too.

Conference Room

At our West Little Rock storage location, we have a conference room all customers can reserve and use for free. Whether you own a small business or not, it’s the perfect meeting place for conducting business.

24-Hour Surveillance

Feeling secure in your storage decision is super important. That’s have over 50 surveillance cameras covering every angle of the property to help ensure the safety of your personal belongings.

These cameras are recording activity 24 hours a day to make sure that we don’t miss a single thing that could signal trouble. These cameras are routinely reviewed, so we don’t miss a beat!

24-Hour Access

Another amenity that we offer is 24-hour storage unit access.

We know that some of our customers have crazy schedules and you can’t always make it into your unit when during regular access hours. For an extra $10 a month, you can access our West Little Rock storage facility anytime, day or night.

Free Moving Truck

You read it correctly, we offer a free moving truck! Our 15-foot box truck is available for all new customers moving into a 5x5 storage unit or larger.

No need to stress out about renting a moving truck. Let us help you make your move as smooth as possible!

Prorated Rent

For those of you moving in mid-month, we offer a built-in discount in the form of proration. Whenever you move in with us, we will prorate your rent to that day.

This means you will only pay for the days you occupy the unit—not the full month—for your first month here.

Military Discount

Are you active or retired military? At every Modern Storage location, we are happy to offer you half off your second month’s rent as a thank you for your service.

Online Pay

An important part of maintaining a modern business is making the customer experience as easy as possible. That means utilizing the latest technology in every step of your time storing something in our West Little Rock storage facility.

We know it’s not always possible to stop by our office to reserve your unit or make a payment. That’s why we offer free online accounts for all customers right here on our website.
